Handling - Handling Home buyers Enquiries, Face to Face Meetings, Site visits and Closing Transactions

Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Experience: 1-2 Yrs in Field Sales, Any Industry
Education: Any Degree/Diploma
Salary: 2.4- 3.5 Lakhs P.A.

Job Description:

• Handle interested enquiries received from portals
• Call clients and understand their requirements
• Schedule Face-to-Face Meeting and propose suitable list of properties
• Follow-up with the clients for site visit; schedule and accompany
• Convince clients on their preferred property and work on Sales Closure
• Check for possible references from clients

Mandatory:

• Two wheeler is a must
• Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Monday or Tuesday would be Week-off
