We are currently looking to speak to experienced Supervisors, Duty Managers and Assistant Managers with a background in coffee shops, restaurants or quick service retail units. Our client is a USA based quick-service brand with a unique concept, offering quality, ethical food served fast. They currently have 6 UK Sites with huge international expansion plans for this year and are on the hunt for future Store Managers. Now is the time to join!

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager will include:

To lead by example by being friendly and giving fantastic customer service for others to follow
To manage store operation within guidelines provided by the Company with the aim of achieving high levels of profit, standards and customer service.
To ensure that high quality of food hygiene standards are maintained

The ideal Assistant Store Manager:

Will have a great "can do" attitude and put 100% effort into every shift
Must have passion, commitment and genuine leadership ability
Must have previous experience in management position essential ideally gained in a fast food or food retail environment

Must be able to manage and motivate your team to create a winning working atmosphere
Must have a basic understanding of sales targets, GP and Budgets
A team player who is happy to get their hands dirty and help fellow colleagues when needed.
