Responsible for maintenance of all mechanical equipments and systems
 Identifying default and take Corrective Action
 Reduce machine down time
 Take measures to increase machine efficiency and power efficiency
 Ensure Availability of Spares & Tools
 Documentation of MIS, ISO,QMS & OHSAS 8. Breakdown & Preventive
Maintenance
 Must be aware of mechanical maintenance of machines & equipments in a
process plant.
 Planning, Organizing, direct & run optimum day to day operations to exceed the
management expectations
 Execution of Daily Engineering & maintenance related activities in entire
bottling and plant area.
 Monitoring of online Manufacturing process as per the SOP to produce defect
free product &
 Ensuring no any mechanical & electrical breakdowns during the shift operations
 Conducting the training about the safety & PPEs awareness for all the employees
in the company
 Responsible for all the Engineering and maintenance related activities in the
plant.
 Preparing the daily breakdown report and submission to reporting manager &
unit head.
 Registration, Evaluation, Reporting and record keeping of New Capitalized
Equipments &
 Maintaining the Asset Register.
 Maintaining the breakdown record & charts of different machines year, month &
data wise.
 Controlling the online and offline wastages of the running product & of the
spares that are utilized while executing the maintenance related activities
