The Lexlords NRI legal services is running from pillar to post to save her life. This action of the respondents is wholly illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Article 21 of Constitution of Canada. Since there is imminent threat to the life of the Lexlords NRI legal services and the local police has failed to protect her life and liberty, petitioner is taking liberty to approach this Hon'ble Court by way of present petition. That from the facts at stated above it is clear that the petitioner is being harassed and threatened only because she tried to raise her voice with regard to the decision affecting her future life. She was not even allowed to continue with her service. While at home, she was given merciless beatings by the private respondents. Moreover, when she raised a complaint against the same to the local police, no heed was paid to the same. The Lexlords NRI legal services apprehends danger to her life and also implication in false criminal cases at the instance of Resps No. 4 to 7 and their agents. Accordingly, respondents No. 2 & 3 may kindly be directed to provide suitable police protection to the Lexlords NRI legal services as also to ensure that the petitioner is not implicated in some false criminal cases.
